Level II Training (February 23-25)

This class builds on the information presented in Level I and completes the required information for certification in ETM/TRT. This class begins Monday, February 23rd at 9 am and concludes Wednesday February 25th no later than 5 PM.

If you have already been certified, this course will give you a refresher on the basics of ETM/TRT and provide you with more role-plays, more practice, and more opportunity to show off and perfect your TRT skills. This class emphasizes working with addicts and their families, the neurobiology of trauma, and Parallel Trauma Resolution with Crisis Managers.

Since this class will move at a somewhat slower pace than Level I,  you'll have the opportunity to ask all the questions you want to ask; questions that may have come up since you've been practicing your TRT skills.
Advanced Trauma Recovery Skills (March 26 & 27)
You must have completed ETM/TRT certification and been using it in some way in order to attend this class.

This class covers: defining trauma for children & adolescents and using trauma recovery techniques with children & adolescents; working with couples in trauma recovery, including a special way of working with couples in crisis.

Included will also be time for lots of questions! Participants will email questions/scenarios in advance to be addressed in the training. We will offer lots of helpful hints from the trainers who have a combined experience of 25 years doing face-to-face TRT with these diverse populations.

Another special emphasis will be working with newly returning combat veterans. You can register now by calling 770-898-2966! Cost is $250 until February 27th.
