Because a
number of allegations have been made concerning me, my certification and my
rights to act as a Certified ETM-TRT Trainer/Supervisor, I feel that it has
become necessary to publicly share the following information:
- I am a Certified ETM-TRT
Trainer/Supervisor, and have been since 1996.
(Please see my certificate).
- I have the contractual
rights to use, present, train, and certify using the ETM-TRT module.
Although Mr. Collins (the initial developer of the ETM-TRT model) and I
currently have certain outstanding disputes, Mr. Collins has not validly
revoked my contractual rights and no court has ever ruled that those rights
were revoked.
- My contract specifically
gives me the rights to train “any Christian organization, professional, or
qualified individual anywhere in the world” in the ETM-TRT methodology to be
Trainers, and any trainer I recruit must pay me for such training.
- I have contacted and
consulted with more than one attorney concerning these matters. They all
agree that I do have a binding contract with Mr. Collins and am within the
bounds of that contract when acting as a Certified ETM-TRT
Trainer/Supervisor to Christian organizations, professionals, or qualified
individuals.
- To the extent it becomes
necessary, I intend to pursue resolution with Mr. Collins through the legal
system.
While I
regret that I have had to post this information publicly, if you should have
additional questions regarding this matter, please direct such questions to me
at:
Denice@TraumaEducation.com. Please allow time for a response as I may need
to consult my attorney before responding beyond what I have already posted.
Thanks for your understanding!
